PCBs are now used by more and more people, and the scope of use is also becoming more and more widespread. Many people began to understand the PCB gradually, then you know the MARK point in the PCB? In our PCB, how does MARK design? Here's a simple series for everyone to introduce the design of the MARK on the PCB.


1. Determine the position of the MARK point on the diagonal of the long side of the board


Before we design the MARK, we need to determine the location of the MARK. The general MARK is located on the diagonal of the long side of the PCB. We find a good position on the diagonal of the long side of the board, this location is best to correspond to the position of the full version. Generally this position is the location of our MARK point.


2. The position of the MARK point of the chip whose IC center distance is less than 0.65mm on the board


In the first step, we can design the MARK after we have determined the location. But there are more than one MARK points. On the top of our PCB's board ICs, we need to design a MARK on the board's IC if the center of the pins is not more than 0.65mm.


3, the position of the MARK point when the PCB has a patch on both sides


PCBs not only have single panels, some PCBs have dual panels. For double-sided PCBs, when designing MARK points, we can follow the first method to locate, according to the diagonal position of the long side of the board. When positioning, we need to pay attention to the fact that our dual-board PCB needs to have MARK points on both sides of the board.


In the PCB, the design of the MARK points is difficult, and depending on the PCB, the location of our MARK points will be different. Therefore, when designing a PCB, it is necessary to analyze the location of the design MARK.
